And so once again it begins with calorie counting.
What I want to accomplish and what I actually accomplish can sometimes be very unsettling.
But I continue the efforts at hand.
And to keep more mindful of it all i choose to write it down.
Breakfast...........coffee, heavy cream and sugar....200calories
I refuse to give this up so I pad the calorie count as to
off set the need and the desire for it.
Mid-day.......... Turkey pattie...160calories
cabbage soup....40calories
Lunch.................baked fish.........140 calories
collard greens-----45 calories
snack..............medium orange.......110 calories
saltine crackers..................130calories
675 calories so far which means my last meal of the day has to be lite.
