        <p>And so once again it begins with calorie counting.<br />What I want to accomplish and what I actually accomplish can sometimes be very unsettling.<br />But I continue the efforts at hand.<br />And to keep more mindful of it all i choose to write it down.</p><p>Breakfast...........coffee, heavy cream and sugar....<span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 1.25em;"><strong>200calories</strong></span><br /><em>I refuse to give this up so I pad the calorie count as to<br />&#160;off set the need and the desire for it.</em><span style="color: #ff0000"></p><p><span style="color: #000000">Mid-day.......... Turkey pattie...<strong><span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 1.25em;">160calories</span></strong><br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; cabbage soup....<strong><span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 1.25em;">40calories</span></strong></p><p><br />Lunch.................baked fish.........<span style="font-size: 1.25em;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000">140 calories</span></strong></span><br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; collard greens-----<span style="font-size: 1.25em;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000">45 calories</span></strong></span></p><p><u>snack..............medium orange.......<strong><span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 1.25em;">110 calories</span></p></strong></u><p><strong>saltine crackers..................</strong>130calories<u><strong><br /><span style="color: #ff0000"><br />675 calories <span style="color: #000000">so far which means&#160; my last meal of the day has to be lite.</span><br /></span></strong></u></p></span></span>    <p style="clear:both;">
